"Sound good?"

"Yes sir!"

With a list of my ten most anticipate films of 2009 on the way, I thought it appropriate to name the five spill-over films that didn't quite make the cut, each with a link to their respective Internet Movie Database pages.

14. Nine (Rob Marshall)

13. Sherlock Holmes (Guy Ritchie)

12. Avatar (James Cameron)

11. The Limits of Control (Jim Jarmusch)

  1. Oddly enough, The Last House on the Left almost made this list.

  2. I think Terminator Salvation is the only film I'm looking forward to except Adam Resurrected, but I have no idea what is even going on with that in terms of release.... I only know I love Goldblum

  3. I'm sure Adam Resurrected will be on DVD eventually, but I doubt we'll ever find it in "a theatre near you."

  4. I want to get a few things on the record - things that almost made my list of things that almost made my list.

Coraline was not on the list because I had already seen it when I began making the list.

Killshot was not on the list because I don't know if I'll ever see it - if it'll ever get released near me - so I make a point of not psyching myself.

And... yeah. Julie and Julia... X-Men Origins: Wolverine... there must be some more. I don't know. The end.
